Triumph over adversity is Vaughan’s credo. From suffering severe 3rd degree burns as a child and being relentlessly bullied in the school-yard to failing high-school ending up with no “on paper options”, Vaughan quickly realized that the key to a successful, happy and fulfilled life wasn’t in following what the masses do.
His humble beginning’s were as a dishwasher and door to door sales representative whilst struggling to build his own business and investments. His first major lesson came from these experiences, where he learned to “do what it takes, not what is convenient” to create what you want.
A seed was planted when his dad gave him a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki but firmly sprouted when his mum took him to a You Were Born Rich Seminar by Bob Proctor; in his final year of school.
This was a defining moment for Vaughan and in that moment everything changed. A fire was lit that has never gone out. At 19 years of age, he hired Bob Proctor to coach him for the next 13 months. During these coaching sessions Vaughan uncovered his purpose in life – to train, coach and motivate people to live to their fullest potential.
Before he would start coaching people he set some big 10 year dreams of his own to achieve – so he would not only be a student of success but actual proof of the methodologies that work whilst working out what does not work.
Instead of going to university or getting an office job, Vaughan risked it all and set his focus climbing the ranks from “E Grade Amateur” to World Professional DanceSport Representative in the highly competitive dance industry. This decision was made after only a few months of learning to dance!
To ensure he could fund his dream he became a qualified real estate agent. Within a few short years he had created a successful real estate business and sold millions of dollars worth of real estate.
Risking it all again, Vaughan decided to leave his successful real estate career to move to London to pursue his dream of training with the world’s top dance coaches. Selling and packing up everything he and his, now wife, put it all on the line and together became Australia’s two-time, World Professional Ten Dance Representatives.
Currently he has built one of the cities biggest dance studios and now coaches other business owners and entrepreneur’s on how to turn their passion into profit with strategic online tactics, mindset, marketing and leadership teachings.
Over the past 15 years, Vaughan has compiled, acquired, trial and tested real world mindset strategies plus systems for success in life, health, business, relationships, finance and online business.
